Eligibility & Entry:

1. No Purchase Necessary: Anyone who registers for free by filling out the contest form is automatically entered. Each registration = 1 entry.

Contest Details:

· Open to: Residents of Canada, aged 18+.

· Employees of Leatt Canada and its affiliates, or immediate family members, are ineligible.

· Deadline: Entries must be submitted by September 8, 2026, at 17:59 PM EDT.

Winner Selection & Prize:

· One (1) winner will be randomly drawn for each price on September 24, 2026, at Leatt Canada headquarters in Ville Saint-Laurent.

· Prize: One (1) helmet MTB Gravity 8.0 helmet 8.0, $739.99 value.
· Delivery: Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. Prize ships to winner’s address within 14 business days.

· Non-Transferable: Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

Fraud Prevention:

· Entries are limited to one registration per person.

· Any attempt to manipulate entries (e.g., bots, fake accounts) will result in disqualification and IP blocking.

Legal & Disputes:

· By entering, participants agree to Leatt  Privacy Policy and contest terms.

· Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
