I give the helmet itself 5 Stars and service/support 1 Star.
Purchased MTB Gravity 8.0 on sale at 50% off (previous 2022 model) which I was OK with. Helmet arrived quickly. Upon first inspection it appears used or a store demo as there are hairs/skin flakes in the liner. Kinda gross, so I decide to take everything out to clean.
Your site said to get the My Care Label App. Downloaded App and went to check my label and I can’t find it. It’s not on the helmet. Maybe it was on the box or in the box, but either way no label. So after some searching I found the washing instructions on your site. Except it’s only how to wash and not how to remove the pads/liner from the helmet. It’s pretty easy (after finding a YouTube video) but something a new buyer would worry about as they wouldn’t want to damage any clips from improper removal.
I would have expected instructions on cleaning/maintenance to be on the same page as the product description, and not something I have to look around for. I also don’t like having to get an App when simple cleaning instructions should be easily accessible on your site.
